Ingrédients :
Rhum sec vieilli de 30 ml (j'ai utilisé Santa Teresa 1796)
20 ml Orange Colombo
20 ml Vermouth de Forcalquier
3 tirets Cacao Bitters (ou Chocolat Bitters)
Stirred down over ice and served in a stemmed coupette/martini/cocktail glass and garnished with an orange zest.
