Bleu Provence
Ingredients:
45 ml Gin XII
20 ml Valensole lavender honey syrup
10 ml infusion of dry lavender flower heads
the point of a knife of blue Spiruline powder
Mediterranean Tonic Water by Fever Tree
Method:
Put the ingredients in a shaker with a ¾ cup full of ice.
Shake during 10 seconds.
Double filter in an old-fashioned glass full of ice.
Add some Mediterranean Tonic Water.
Garnish with fresh flower from the season.
