Bitter Almond and Génépi Macaroon from the Bistrot de Pays de Limans
Ingredients
• Amaretti (Italian macaroons flavored with bitter almond)
• GENEPI ice cream
• 10 cl of GENEPI
• Dark chocolate glaze
Preparation
In a glass, stack a macaroon, cover with a scoop of ice cream, cover all with génépi then dark chocolate.
