Ingredients:
1oz Gin XII
1oz amontillado sherry
.25oz molasses syrup
.25oz dark creme de cacao
.5oz almond milk
1 whole egg
Préparation :
add all ingredients to a tin and dry shake. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a nick & nora or a coupe, garnish with fresh grated, grated dark chocolate, and a brandied cherry.
Garnish: fresh grated nutmeg and dark chocolate, brandied cherry, glass cocktail spoon
