Ingredients:
40 ml Gentiane de Lure
30 ml Vermouth Routin rouge
10 ml raspberry juice
1 lemon zest
60 ml sparkling water
Preparation:
In a glass: Put ice cubes and the ingredients in an “old fashioned” glass following the order above without mixing them (cocktail technique to keep all the colors separated).
Decorate with the lemon zest twisted (or zested, technique to bring out the aromas and extract the essences)
