Absinthe frappé by bittersandbrew

Ingredients:

4.5 cl Absente

1.5 cl Simple syrup

6 cl Soda water

8 mint leaves

1 lemon wedge

 

Method:

Muddle mint and lemon with simple syrup in bottom of shaker tin.

Add absinthe and ice.

Shake until well chilled and strain into a frappé or highball glass.

Pack with crushed ice and garnish with more mint.
