Ingredients :
10ml Lemon juice
10ml Miso Guinness syrup*
80ml Tomato juice mix**
7.5ml Noix de la st Jean
10ml Martelletti vermouth
30ml Gin Citadelle
Method :
Put all the ingredients in a shaker and realize a throwing/cuban roll
*Miso Guinness syrup
1000ml Guinness
500g sugar
75g miso
Heat and mix every thing to dissolve the miso. Put into a bottle.
**Tomato juice mix
Mix in a thermomix :
1000g Tomatoes
3.5g Salt
3.5g Black pepper
3.5g Espelette chili pepper
1g chili pepper
Filter with a superbag and add 650g Tomato juice, 350g Passata , 100g sugar and put into a bottle.
