Ingredients : 

30 ml Fig syrup

2 dashes Angostura

30 ml Marc Cordelier

4/5 Mint leaves

¼ Fig

Technique : Straight in the glass

Glass : Old-fashioned

Method :

- Put ¼ fig and the fig syrup in the glass

- Crush the fig with a pestle

- Pour the Marc Cordelier and Angostura the glass

- Fill the glass with ice

- Garnish with the head of a mint sprig
