Ingredients :

50 ml Elisir MP Roux

20 ml Homemade provençal Falernum* 

15 ml lime juice

About 40 ml of fresh pineapple juice (obtained by crushing pieces of pineapple)

Method :

Crush a few pieces of pineapple in the shaker

Add the homemade falernum, the lime juice and the Elisir

Shake energetically

Double strain before serving

* Homemade provençal Falernum :

Adjust the ingredients according to the water/honey ratio 

Organic rosmary honey

Water (2 parts water 1 for part honey)

1 zests of lemon

Sprigs of lavender (use with moderation)

A few thin slices of black radish and fennel leaves

Method : 

Make a syrup by mixing the water and the rosmary honey

Add the lemon zest, the lavender, the black radish and the fennel leaves.

Let it infuse as it cools down

Filter once completely cold
