Ingredients :
70 ml coconut water
20 ml Noix de Saint Jean
40 ml Vermouth de Forcalquier
Top of sparkling water
1 pinch of salt
Technique : Built drink
Glass : Tumbler
Method :
- Put all the ingredients except the sparkling water in the glass
- Add some ice in the glass
- Top with the sparkling water
- Garnish with a walnuts kernel
