Absinthe Frappé

Ingredients:

45 ml Absente @absinthe_absente

15 ml Simple Syrup (I used a rich raw agave syrup that was sooo good with the Absente!)

2 dashes Lemon Bitters @feebrothersofficial

2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Sparkling Sicilian Lemonade @fevertreemixers @fevertree_usa

Method:

Add absinthe, syrup and bitters to a shaker with ice, shake.

Strain into a cocktail glass over crushed ice.

Add a little more crushed ice.

Garnish with fresh mint and lemon!
