Winter spiced Pear Cocktail
Ingredients :
50 ml Gin XII
25 ml lemon
25 ml pear cordial
1 egg white
Ice
Method : shaker
Put all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake and filter.
Pear cordial :
4 cored pears, cut into dice
1 star anise
1 stick of cinnamon
250 g granulated sugar
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan with 250ml water and cook on medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
