Wermut Tonic by Le Vigneron Français (Friedberg, Germany)
Ingredients:
-1 untreated lemon
-5cl of Forcalquier vermouth
-Tonic Water
-3-4 ice cubes
Method:
Peel a piece of lemon peel and squeeze 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Put the whole into a glass with the ice cubes, pour the vermouth over the ice cubes and fill the glass with Tonic Water
