Ingredients : 

20 ml coconut syrup

30 ml lime juice

20 ml Absente 55

100 ml Ginger Beer

Technique : Shaker

Glass : Tumbler

Method :

- Fill to ¾ glass with ice

- Put all the ingredients, except the Ginger Beer into the shaker.

- Fill half the shaker with ice

- Close and shake during 10 seconds

- Filter and pour into the glass

- Top with the Ginger Beer, then give it a turn of a spoon

- Garnish with a star anise.
