Provençal Grog

Ingredients :
20 ml Farigoule de Forcalquier
10 ml Génépi
2 drops Absente
10 ml Honey syrup
20 ml Lemon juice
80 ml Hot water
1 Cinnamon stick
Orange zeste to garnish
Technique : Build drink
Glass : Wine glass or Absente stemmed glass
Method :
- Place the cinnamon stick in the glass
- Pour the Farigoule, the Génépi over and add the drops of Absente
- Add the honey syrup, the lemon juice
- And finally the hot water
- Mix with a barspoon
- Garnish with an orange zeste.
