Ingredients :
45 ml Calvados Père Magloire VS
15 ml Douglas Clear Creek Fir Eau-de-Vie
10 ml quince syrup
2,5 ml Pastis Henri Bardouin
Lemon, to garnish

Method :
Mix all the ingredients and filter in a Wayne rocks glass containing a big piece of ice.
Garnish with a lemon zest.
*The quince syrup is made out of half the juice of a quince slowly simmered for about half an hour in a basic syrup.
