Ingredients :
120 ml Chocolate soy milk
10 ml Absente 55
10 ml Genepi
Whipped cream
Technique : Shaker
Glass : Absente stem glass
Method :
-Fill the shaker with ice.
-Add all the ingredients : chocolate soy milk, Absente 55, Genepi.
-Shake vigorously.
-Pour in the glass.
-Garnish with whipped cream and cocoa powder.
