Buffalo Bill by Valentin Grandet, bar manager of Marty (Paris)
Ingredients :
5 cl of Buffalo trace infused with wood
1 cl of Noix de la saint Jean
8 cl of roasted wheat syrup
2 dashs. Black Walnut Bitters
1 spray of cedar wood essence
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass except the wood essence
Stir for about 12 seconds, then pour into glass with clear ice
Add a spray of cedarwood essence
