Aperol Gin Cocktail

Ingredients:
2-3 slices of cucumber
4 cl of Gin XII
2 cl Aperol
2 cl lime juice
2 cl cane sugar syrup
Mineral water
A few ice cubes
Method:
First place the cucumber slices in a shaker.
Then add the ice cubes and Gin XII. Pour the Aperol and lime juice into the shaker and add the cane sugar syrup. Now mix everything well.
If you do not have a shaker, you can simply mix the ingredients in the glass.
Now pour the cocktail (if not already in the glass) into your glass and top up with mineral water.
