Recipe created for the mixology contest by Distilleries and Domaines de Provence - June 4th, 2024
Ingredients :
40 ml Rinquinquin
20 ml White Port
10 ml Cider vinegar
60 ml citrus-Kaffir lime Kombucha
Garnish : grated Kaffir lime
Method :
In a shaker, put the Rinquinquin, the white Port and the cider vinegar. Shake with some ice and pour in the glass.
Top with the Kombucha and garnish with some grated Kaffir lime zest.
