Ingredients :
60 ml Boatrocker Gin
30 ml Vermouth de Forcalquier
30 ml Lemon
15 ml Simple Syrup
Method:
Shake all ingredients in tin with 4 x 1cm cubes of cucumber
Double strain into coupe and garnish with cucumber
